Smart IoT Solutions to Create Intelligent Buildings

Welcome to SENERGi

About us

We are working to create more Intelligent buildings by improving efficiency and automation. This will reduce energy consumption and costs, improve air quality, allow for detection of unserviceable equipment, carry out regular compliance checks automatically without the need for labour.

We want to achieve improved sustainability and overall wellness of any building.

We use easily installed sensors that supply near real-time data showing the building’s asset performance, enabling informed decisions to be made based directly on the condition of the asset or data from the sensor.

Intelligent buildings are created when we install a network of sensors of your choosing, that can monitor core systems such as water, power, lighting and heating/cooling systems.

These are then connected through a network transmitting data to a central gateway that transfers the data on to an IoT dashboard where alerts can be generated and tailored to allow for appropriate corrective action. These dashboards can be viewed via your chosen device.
