A case study for condition based maintenance to benefit reduced occupancy buildings

Due to changes in building occupancy, the landlords of this central London property had been looking at savings that can be achieved from changing the SFG-20 maintenance programme.

Our developers recently completed the trial installation of our condition based fan coil maintenance sensors on behalf of the resident contractor at the above site using our Lorawan IoT hardware which was rapidly installed to monitor the filter condition of the fan coils throughout the site.

A case study to show remote meter reading technology

A vast number of commercial buildings throughout the UK are split between landlord and tenanted areas. Within these buildings they need a way to remotely read gas, electric, and water meters, so they can manage their own energy consumption. Our developers recently completed the installation of our remote meter reading systems at 6 different locations, including Edinburgh, Liverpool, Bristol, Southampton, and 2 London locations for a large facilities company.

A case study from a trial carried out at a popular UK Racecourse over a period of 1 month

We chose a few assets to monitor over the course of the month to be able to identify troubled areas and give an insight in to energy consumption. A high-level analysis of each asset monitored is outlined below:
